Oasis Central Sudirman (Two Sudirman Jakarta)
Oasis Central Sudirman is an integrated 3.3-hectare mega-landmark mixed-use superblock based on a cutting-edge Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) framework, situated at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 2, Central Jakarta. Conceptualized by the world-renowned architecture firm NBBJ Seattle utilizing an iconic, geometrically staggered "Jenga-style" aesthetic, this masterpiece master plan integrates global commerce, luxury tourism, elite retail, and high-end living into a unified urban precinct. The project's definitive competitive edge lies in its unparalleled multi-modal mass transit connectivity, where the entire development connects seamlessly via subterranean pathways and overhead pedestrian bridges directly to Jakarta’s primary transit networks, including the MRT Jakarta, LRT Jabodebek, Airport Rail Link, and Commuter Line, establishing it as a highly efficient, sustainable, and eco-friendly next-generation urban hub.
Architecturally, the spatial configuration of Oasis Central Sudirman is organized into two magnificent, state-of-the-art skyscraper structures engineered by global structural consultants ARUP UK. Tower A (The Commercial & Hospitality Tower) is planned as a supertall structure stretching between 331 to 340 meters in height with a total of 75 stories, automatically positioning it as Indonesia’s second-tallest skyscraper upon completion. The lower and middle zones of this tower are fully dedicated to institutional grade-A office spaces boasting expansive, column-free layouts tailored for multinational corporations, while its upper tiers will host Andaz Jakarta Sudirman, an ultra-luxury boutique hotel collection operated by Hyatt International Hotels. Furthermore, Tower A is structurally enhanced by a massive lifestyle retail complex across the lower podium levels for upscale shopping and culinary options, topped off by a public skydeck observatory at the summit that offers an unobstructed 360-degree panoramic view of Jakarta from the highest vantage point in Southeast Asia.
Conversely, Tower B is dedicated entirely to an elite vertical residential community under the brand name Two Sudirman Private Residences, soaring 276 meters across 65 stories and holding the record as the tallest dedicated private residential building in Indonesia. Officially launched in late 2025, this low-density, strata-title luxury condominium portfolio offers highly exclusive units ranging from two-bedroom configurations to expansive custom penthouses, showcasing premium interior craftsmanship designed by Japan's Super Potato Ltd and outfitted with world-tier European brands including Molteni&C, Gaggenau, and Villeroy & Boch. On-site, the project is currently under active construction, with structural works managed by the CSCT-JO consortium moving steadily past the lower retail podium and rising into the skyline, matching its exceptional commercial performance where property values have rapidly escalated beyond IDR 70 million per square meter. This green-certified, sustainable superblock development is on track for a phased physical delivery between 2028 and 2030, redefining the baseline for high-end metropolitan living in the capital.
